Coming from almost no experience with CAD prior to university, learning these softwares has been a very challenging but very rewarding process.
In particular, learning from senior designers during my internship with Hans Thyge & Co. in Denmark was really educational. I learned a lot of new skills in Solidworks and Keyshot in particular, allowing me to create 3D models and renders I am really proud of.
I have also taught myself Blender, through a lot of Youtube videos and trial and error. This has been immensely rewarding and has given me confidence that I can adapt to and learn more software in the future.
